• Internationally recognized qualification in HSE Management or Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in HSE within construction or civil engineering.

Role Definition

Role summary

We are currently looking for a HSE environnemental Manager with experience in the construction or civil engineering sector.

The ideal candidate provides HSE support to all activities at Site, plan, schedule, coordinate and control the activities providing quality and timely advice to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure respect of Company HSE System application on site;

• Develop the Project HSE plan and main HSE procedures specific for the project in compliance with Client expectations and Company requirements;

• define emergency response program and number and characteristics of emergency equipments and staff;

• support site HSE staff in site decisions and instruction issuing

• participate in the periodical internal meeting and third parties meeting (client, local authority, etc..) issuing the necessary documents;

• issue the monthly HSE reports and final project report;

• evaluate the success of overall project HSE plan, control the achieving of project goals and seek opportunities for continuous improvement in compliance with project HSE goals and KPI, reporting to management;

• HSE audits & inspections

Work Environment

Full time position on site

Requirements:

• International recognised qualification in HSE Management (BSC, NEBOSH or equivalent) or Master Degree preferably with an engineering background.

• Excellent knowledge ISO 45001/14001

• 5 years’ experience
