Reporting to the European Business Development Director, you will build a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities and will be assigned Named End User Accounts within your region to ensure all growth targets are achieved.

As our End User Business Development Manager, you'll support HID's success by:
  • Building a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from the Fortune 2000
  • Spending approximately 60% of your time traveling and visiting customers
  • Managing and developing assigned named end-user accounts within your region
  • Closing opportunities to meet sales targets
  • Developing and executing account strategies, including account plans
  • Introducing the latest products and solutions
  • Supporting and delivering training to consultants and specifiers as needed
  • Conducting market analysis to understand customer needs
  • Representing the company at trade shows, customer events, and meetings
  • Collaborating across HID to deliver solutions efficiently
  • Maintaining CRM data on activities and opportunities
  • Keeping updated on all HID and competitive products
  • Preparing accurate forecasts regularly
  • Providing excellent customer service
What we will love about your background:

  • Native French speaker with effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Your experience and education include:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience managing key accounts
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Experience in selling Physical Access Control solutions is an advantage
  • Experience in solution selling, especially SaaS and cloud-based licensing models, is desirable
Work Requirements
  • Compliance with HID policies regarding Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environment
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field, including internationally; valid passport required
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country of employment
