Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to lead the sales efforts for our Quantum AI Workspace Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in selling SaaS-based solutions and an in-depth understanding of the workspace and facilities management industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets while growing the customer base.
  • Consistently achieve revenue goals and objectives.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other proven sales strategies.
  • Generate new business opportunities via cold outreach, networking, and participation in trade shows and industry events.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and advantages of the Quantum AI Workspace Manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Additionally, promote and sell Quantum Strides solutions, including TRIRIGA, Maximo, AWS hosting, and Gen AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling SaaS-based solutions, with a preference for expertise in the workspace and facilities management sector.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with one or more software solutions, such as TRIRIGA, Maximo, Plan On, Yardi, Manhattan, Trimble, Nuvolo, or iOffice.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Prior experience in selling software, services, and data to customers in the UAE and India.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
