Industry Process Expert (Electromagnetic Simulation)

SIMULIA has an opening for an Industry Process Expert in the electromagnetics domain. You will leverage your technical expertise to create electromagnetics solutions, demonstrate their value to clients and partners, and support our revenue objectives. This position is based in Pune, India.

Role & Responsibilities

• Use Dassault Systèmes electromagnetics simulation portfolio to demonstrate the value of our solutions in addressing customer and industry challenges. Collaborate with the global Industry Process Success team on developing reference designs, proofs of concept, and client demonstrations.
• Support and test new methods and workflows to improve client experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to technical, industry, and sales teams, providing expertise on SIMULIA products.
• Identify solution gaps and collaborate with R&D and product teams to enhance user experience.
• Develop marketing materials highlighting our capabilities and value.
• Contribute to solution deployment in customer scenarios as needed.

Qualifications/Experience

• Master’s degree in Engineering with electromagnetics knowledge.
• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with commercial EDA/CAE simulation tools such as CST STUDIO SUITE, Ansys HFSS, or similar.
• Experience with design and simulation of Microwave and RF components, EMC, and SI/PI.
• Preferably experience with low-frequency applications like electric motors, power electronics, solid-state devices, and sensors.
• Experience working with automotive, industrial, or aerospace OEMs/Tier 1 Suppliers is a plus.
• Strong understanding of circuit design principles and electronics.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry and device physics is a plus.
• Expertise in Design of Experiments and Optimization techniques is a plus.
• Programming skills in VB, Python, etc., are advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
