Please note that this is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum day rate of €355 for all referral work carried out through us. Larger projects will attract a higher day rate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Source your own clients and refer through our network.
• Our office team will handle all client contracts and billing.
• Act as a consultant in relation to client projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage ongoing future instructions.
• Create an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services across your network, encouraging cross-referrals within our consultant network.
• Receive a share of our daily billing (minimum €355 per referral work; larger projects may yield higher rates).

To be considered, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Excellent grammar and a professional telephone manner.
