We seek charismatic and motivated Consultants to join our team. Please note, this is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a minimum day rate of €355 for all referral work. Larger projects will have higher rates.

Brief responsibilities:

• Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
• Our office team manages all client contracts and billing.
• Act as a consultant for client projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Create an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
• Receive a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral work.

Requirements:

• Consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Good grammar and professional telephone manner.
