TGRC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will specialize in Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for offshore wind projects and will be based in the picturesque town of Port-la-Nouvelle. This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in the wind power sector to manage procurement activities and contribute to the success of offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy : Develop and implement procurement strategies for WTG components, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.

Supplier Management : Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key suppliers to secure the best terms and maintain a reliable supply chain.

Contract Negotiation : Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

Risk Management : Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with project requirements.

Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
