Consumer Digital Project Manager – Consumer Solutions

We are seeking a Consumer Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Services team. This role involves driving the development and deployment of digital services aimed at enhancing consumer experiences on our website and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, IT, and Operations to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience.

Responsibilities
  • Improve consumer experiences on digital platforms by co-designing consumer-centric solutions across websites, mobile apps, and communication tools.
  • Define and execute the roadmap for digital service improvements focusing on consumer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Lead the international rollout of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with local business needs.
  • Coordinate workshops to gather business needs and propose innovative digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Units, IT, Marketing, Design, Customer Service, and Sales to define digital strategies.
  • Manage projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate training workshops and webinars for local teams to promote adoption of digital solutions.
  • Monitor market trends in e-commerce and digital engagement to propose new solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C digital services, mobile app management, or consumer digital solutions.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools such as MS Office, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
  • Experience with omnichannel CRM and mobile app/web development is a plus.
Location

Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, with 2 days of remote work per week.
