Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, analyzing needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, leveraging internal teams.
  • Implement actions to strengthen support and enhance service value for existing clients, fostering lasting relationships.
  • Develop and monitor customized reports, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
  • Manage ad hoc client requests with prompt, tailored responses.
  • Oversee client projects to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Organize regular meetings, especially with clients not recently in contact, to maintain relationships.
  • Create access and deliver technical demonstrations of our platform, tailored to user needs.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify potential risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector; an agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides).
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract: Permanent
