Role Description & Responsibilities

Our DELMIA Sales team is looking for a CPG Sr. Account Executive - Supply Chain Software. The location for this position is flexible. This is a remote position that will include travel.

As a Sr. Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and growth objectives in your assigned territory. This role involves end-to-end customer engagement from initiation to closing, in compliance with internal processes and frameworks.

You will sell and promote 3DS value and strategic vision by emphasizing Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to secure long-term customer commitment towards business transformation.

Manage negotiations with customers, adhering to all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies, and ethical standards.

Define and execute a successful sales strategy to meet revenue targets and sustain growth, leveraging sales initiatives defined by the brand.

Drive growth in your territory through industry market analysis.

Convert Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities.

Build and nurture trusted relationships at the executive level and across all organizational layers to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.

Use and update internal CRM systems according to corporate guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of the CPG/Retail Industries.
  • 8+ years of successful enterprise software solution sales experience.
  • Experience with or knowledge of supply chain optimization.
  • Exposure to manufacturing software (ERP, PLM, MES) is a plus but not required.
  • Effective relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage complex ecosystems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
