Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans en ventes internes, de préférence dans les dispositifs médicaux.
  • Au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de leadership en ventes internes avec expérience en gestion matricielle.
  • Fluent en anglais et en français.

Responsabilités

  • Agir en tant que contact principal pour les représentants des ventes internes.
  • Surveiller les métriques de vente et fournir des retours pour améliorer la performance.
  • Faciliter les réunions d'équipe quotidiennes et coordonner les charges de travail.

What You Can Expect

We seek a motivated Inside Sales Team Leader to support our growing team covering France, Switzerland & BeNeLux in the orthopaedic medical device space. This role involves leadership, mentorship, and coordination within a dotted-line management structure, driving sales performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Support and Leadership: Act as the primary contact for Inside Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to meet sales targets. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to set and align objectives. Motivate the team to maintain high performance.
  2. Sales Performance: Monitor sales metrics, pipeline activity, and quota attainment. Provide feedback and develop strategies to improve performance. Assist in creating sales campaigns tailored to the orthopaedic market.
  3. Operational Oversight: Facilitate daily team meetings, coordinate workloads, and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams. Oversee CRM usage for accurate reporting and pipeline management.
  4. Training and Development: Provide mentorship and training on products, sales techniques, and market trends. Identify skill gaps and recommend training. Conduct shadowing and role-playing exercises.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Support relationship management with key accounts, surgeons, and healthcare professionals. Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present performance reports to leadership and peers. Communicate updates and action plans to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in inside sales, preferably in medical devices or orthopaedics.
  • At least 2 years in an inside sales leadership role with matrix management experience.
  • Fluent in English and French.

Travel Expectations:

  • 15–20% travel within Europe for meetings, events, and leadership activities.
