We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer with deep knowledge of their local market and a passion for uncovering new business opportunities. This is a remote B2B contract role suited for someone with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development who can take the lead on identifying and initiating high-potential deals.

Location : Remote (Based anywhere in Europe)

Employment Type : B2B Contract

Industry : Sales | Business Development | B2B Services

Languages : Fluent English (local language a strong asset)

Compensation : Competitive base + commission (based on experience and performance)

Your Mission :

Identify and qualify new leads in your local market and across Europe

Understand local industry needs, trends, and buyer behaviors

Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients

Initiate outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls

Present tailored solutions that resonate with your market’s challenges

Set up discovery calls and prepare the ground for smooth handoffs to the sales team

Collaborate with internal teams to refine the go-to-market strategy

Report on pipeline activity, lead quality, and business opportunities

Your Profile :

  • 5+ years in business development or sales in a B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of your local market and industry dynamics
  • Proven success in lead generation and early-stage deal development
  • Excellent communication skills in English; local language a strong plus
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools and prospecting platforms
  • Self-starter mentality with a drive to exceed targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
