We are seeking a Contract Full-Time Account Manager with over 3 years of experience in an agency setting.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary contact for company clients.
  2. Act as a liaison between clients and the delivery team.
  3. Identify client needs and understand their products and business strategies.
  4. Maintain accurate client records, including conversation journals, meeting minutes, monthly invoices, and contract updates and renewals.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to facilitate upselling and cross-selling.
  6. Create and document account management processes to enhance efficiency and client impact.
  7. Gather progress reports from the delivery team and present them to clients.
  8. Ensure client-facing tasks are detailed and completed on time by the delivery team.
  9. Regularly meet with the delivery team to discuss progress and business development strategies.

Qualifications

Over 6 years of marketing experience, including:

  1. At least 4 years in account management, with a minimum of 1 year each in:
    1. Managing B2B SaaS clients
    2. Using cloud-based tools like Zoho, Salesforce, ClickUp, Monday, Asana, or similar
    3. Managing U.S.-based clients
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social and Paid Media projects.
  3. Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, including corporate clients, small businesses, and startups.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  3. Tech-savvy, proactive, self-motivated.
  4. Experience working in a high-pressure agency environment.
