We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our team, improve our processes, and uphold industry standards for excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the digital support process and intervene as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level).
• Good knowledge of English.
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Part-time role (30 hours per week).
• Shift-based position requiring occasional night and weekend shifts.
