Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, analyzing their needs and providing tailored solutions with support from internal teams.
  • Implement actions to strengthen client support and enhance service value for lasting relationships.
  • Develop and monitor customized reports, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
  • Manage ad hoc client requests with prompt, tailored responses.
  • Oversee client projects to meet expectations.
  • Organize regular meetings with clients to maintain close relationships.
  • Create access and demonstrate our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify potential risks or disputes early.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector; an agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Slides).
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
