We invite charismatic and motivated Consultants to join our team. Please note, this is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Role responsibilities include:

• Source clients and refer them through our network
• Our office team manages client contracts and billing
• Serve as a consultant for client projects
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions
• Create an independent client referral pipeline
• Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals
• Earn a share of our daily billing, starting with a minimum of €355 per referral

To qualify, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network
• Professional grammar and telephone manner
