We are looking for an Ambulatory/Outpatient Workflow Project Manager.

We seek a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. As outpatient care becomes more prominent, we are redefining workflows to better serve our customers through our electronic medical record system, ORBIS. This role is vital in improving outpatient and inpatient workflows to match healthcare trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product teams to ensure timely delivery of ambulatory/outpatient workflow products.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager for ORBIS U Transition & Strategy to align project goals.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Address challenges proactively and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders for seamless workflow integration.
  • Conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports.
  • Implement process improvements within the ORBIS system.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project inquiries.
  • Organize meetings to foster collaboration and resolve issues.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or product management, preferably in healthcare software.
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory/outpatient workflows and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ambulatory workflows and electronic medical record systems, especially ORBIS, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

Position to fill ASAP in Germany (preferred) and France.
