For our operations in France, we are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Country Manager who will establish and grow Monta internationally in eCommerce fulfillment.
Monta was established in 1999 and currently operates with 2000 temporary and fixed staff across 20 warehouses in 5 countries, serving 2000 webshops, and expanding rapidly (30% year on year). The company's success is driven by its genuine interest in both customers and employees, focusing on customer needs and providing growth opportunities while maintaining a personnel policy aimed at long-term relationships. The Country Manager is an entrepreneurial leader responsible for overseeing the entire country operation, aligning logistics processes with business goals. Key duties include building and leading a team, managing order fulfillment and delivery, and operating P&L with a decentralized approach, treating the country operation as a business. The role involves seeking growth opportunities, innovating, maintaining business acumen, and developing strategic plans. Ensuring safety for all stakeholders is paramount.
Using local market knowledge and analysis, the manager will identify the optimal market positioning for Monta, adjusting strategies to meet growth targets and customer demands. Responsibilities also include managing customer relations, identifying improvement and expansion opportunities, and building strong partnerships with local providers and suppliers, ensuring they are equipped and aligned with Monta’s goals.
