EU Product Management Expert of C&I (Commercial & Industry)

1. Responsible for C&I market strategy and product portfolio management in the EU, including products.
2. Provide insights on new business models, technologies, and market trends for C&I products, including optimizer, inverter, and C&I battery storage systems.
3. Plan new products and roadmaps; manage joint innovation projects.
4. Communicate with the Industry organization, including supermarkets, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, and commercial sectors, to gather original requirements and help Huawei lead the industry.
5. Represent Huawei in standard groups and establish ecosystems in regional markets to support industry leadership.
6. Experience and Skill Requirements: Market insight capabilities, including analysis of industry and technology trends, opportunities, new business models, key account strategies, and standard changes. Ability to provide strategic insights to headquarters and lead new business directions. Familiarity with market insight methodologies.
7. Marketing competencies, including engaging with customer experts, supporting key marketing activities, and providing technical support to sales teams.
8. Expertise in power electronics, automation, inverters, and energy storage. Experience in energy industries such as photovoltaics and energy storage, with R&D or testing experience related to these products. Familiarity with products and solutions.
9. Understanding of development trends in the energy industry, policies, market development directions, industry/standard organizations, and equipment suppliers in various countries.
10. Other Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science, willingness to undertake frequent domestic or international business trips.
11. Location: Germany / Netherlands / xxxx
12. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese is a big plus.
13. Home office not allowed.
14. Familiarity with optimizer, inverter, energy storage systems, and C&I industry.
