Backed by significant industry investors, they are seeking adhoc support within their clinical operations team, with potential for long-term extension.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is ambitious, independent, and eager to play a key role in business development.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to GCP standards;
2. Develop strategies for managing and resourcing future clinical trials;
3. Identify and select high-quality clinical vendors by interviewing and assessing their skills;
4. Align activities with broader company strategic initiatives and business needs;
5. Create a resourcing strategy supporting all clinical programs and activities;
6. Participate in and be accountable for overall clinical operations strategy and performance against key trial metrics;
7. Develop and oversee the execution of Clinical Operations Strategy for all programs;
8. Manage budgets, contracts, vendor payments, and processes to conduct clinical trial programs effectively.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of clinical operations experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry;
2. Experience managing global clinical trials or programs in oncology or immunology;
3. Home-based, with willingness to travel to the office at the start of the contract;
4. Proven leadership in managing multifunctional teams and mentoring staff;
5. Strategic thinker and problem-solver capable of risk identification and mitigation;
6. Flexibility and adaptability.
