Description du poste

Repair, installation, calibration, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance services to customers.

Ensure timely execution of job assignments and comply with all documentation requirements for repairs and service activities.

Escalate repair issues to the factory or Service Manager when necessary.

Report systemic quality issues encountered.

Ensure that service KPIs and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.

Work closely with service administrators to provide service quotations and technical documentation.

Ensure tickets and service orders are promptly updated and completed to reflect current work status.

Maintain company property, including standard tools, special tools, and meters.

Perform technical support at demos and exhibitions.

Conduct functional and pre-delivery test checks.

Our requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electromedical, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Possess excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a medical equipment company or related industry.
• Strong analytical thinking in electronics, mechanical, and IT knowledge such as computers, operating systems, and networking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willing to be stationed at any location in Indonesia.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally frequently.
