• Interest in private equity and financial modeling.
• Final year of a master's degree in economics, engineering, or statistics.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Knowledge of credit analysis and financial modeling.

AXA Investment Managers is a responsible asset manager investing long-term to help clients, employees, and society prosper. 2. Description of the department

AXA IM Prime is the private assets platform offering investments in private equity, infrastructure, private debt, and hedge funds. We provide diversified private market returns through primary investments, secondaries, co-investments, NAV financing, and GP minority stakes, partnering with top fund managers to support long-term sustainable growth. Our team manages EUR 30bn of alternative assets, with EUR 5bn of commitments annually to be deployed over the next three years.

3. The main responsibilities of the role

As an intern in the NAV Financing team, you will support the development of a cash flow forecasting model for private equity funds, analyze investment opportunities, and assist in asset portfolio monitoring.

Specific tasks include:

1. Contributing to the development of a data-driven cash flow forecasting model based on past performance.
2. Analyzing credit opportunities, reviewing information materials, and assessing credit risks.
3. Preparing financial models, sensitivity analyses, and business valuations.
4. Assessing debt structures and reviewing related documents.
5. Participating in the preparation of credit memos.
6. Supporting the execution and closing of investments.
7. Monitoring financial performance and preparing reports and valuations.
