Director of Operations Europe - Hospitality

Location: EMEA

Offices based in Paris, France - EMEA travels involved.

Salary: €€ basic + package

Must have experience in Hospitality, Food Retail, Restaurant operations.

English fluency; French is a bonus.

Our client is an International Hospitality Group with a trendy concept, a pipeline of openings worldwide, and a strong ambition to grow and excel.

We are seeking a passionate Director of Operations to join their executive team. You will be a natural leader with a strong commercial focus, a volume background, and experience in opening and developing portfolios.

The Ideal Profile:
  1. Currently working as a Director of Operations / Concept Development Manager (or similar executive role) within a trendy hospitality group or food retail business.
  2. An ambassador of the group and concept, passionate and dynamic, with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to develop the group.
  3. Strong financial skills to monitor and maximize profitability.
  4. Key role in supporting new openings, concept creation, team recruitment, and implementation of brand procedures and SOPs.
  5. Minimum 5 years at senior management level.
  6. Pre-opening experience is essential.
  7. Passionate, with a hands-on approach.
  8. Personal commitment to hospitality, customer service, and quality.
  9. Strong business acumen combined with excellent leadership and liaison skills.
  10. Committed to business and team development.
  11. Language skills: Fluency in English; French is a bonus.
