Qualifications

• 1-2 Jahre relevante Erfahrung, vorzugsweise im Autoverleih oder Tourismus.
• Fließend in Englisch und Französisch, Klasse B Führerschein erforderlich.

The role - your passion

• You will coordinate the daily rental business, ensuring smooth handovers and vehicle returns on-site with our station team.
• Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, ensuring a great customer journey.
• You will assist the Station Manager in staff planning and training our agents.
• You will maintain our quality standards, especially in customer treatment.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• Completed apprenticeship and 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar fields.
• High service and customer orientation, with a friendly and open personality.
• Hands-on attitude and good face-to-face communication skills.
• Problem-solving resilience and organizational talent.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Class B driver's license.
