We are looking to add an experienced Principal Software Developer to our talented team. As a “Snowmie” programmer, you will leverage your advanced programming skills to assist our client studios in bringing their games to life.

You will utilize your passion for games, curiosity, and versatility to work on various projects across all aspects of game development. In return, you will be part of a creative, supportive team environment with a direct impact on developing top-tier games.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with client studios to realize their game visions
• Designing, implementing, and debugging game features
• Developing game toolsets and pipelines
• Analyzing and optimizing game runtimes
• Working on systems and tools to support designers’ creative processes
• Building strong relationships with peers both in-house and globally
• Supporting team members to achieve project goals

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of professional experience
• Advanced programming skills in C++ and a solid understanding of fundamentals
• Proficiency in C# with a strong grasp of core concepts
• A focus on understanding what the code does, not just that it works
• Experience with Unreal Engine and large codebases
• Ability to analyze and optimize code effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfort with vector and matrix math and algorithms
• Knowledge of design patterns and their advantages/disadvantages
• Experience with console development (PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch, etc.)
• Successfully shipped game(s)
• Experience in mobile game development
• Experience working directly with external clients
