Missions

Within the Metro-Tram Center of Excellence and Engineering, you will lead or support infrastructure engineering topics (Track, Signaling, Catenary, Substation, Facility Management, Civils, etc.) in France or abroad. Short-term travel may be required to support and animate Keolis affiliates globally. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality bids for urban rail transport infrastructure maintenance (offensive and defensive)
• Leading and supporting bid teams
• Supporting ongoing urban rail projects worldwide
• Enhancing performance plans across networks (France and international)
• Animating the Keolis Infrastructure Expert community
• Improving costing tools, references, and engineering practices

Main Missions:

Lead or support offers for Metro and Tram maintenance infrastructure:

• Identify efficient organization, optimize tasks, resources, and costs considering local constraints and global operations
• Write specifications and use cases describing maintenance strategies for tenders
• Share and collect best practices within the group

Support Keolis Metro-Tram networks under operation and maintenance:

• Assist networks during operation and mobilization phases
• Assess network maturity and prepare tenders through infrastructure maintenance audits
• Share and develop best practices within your expert community

Profile

• At least 10 years of operational experience in urban rail infrastructure maintenance and/or engineering systems
• Expertise in urban rail systems with the ability to develop optimized maintenance plans and cost-efficient organizations
• International experience; proficiency in English required
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills in French and English
• Skills in data analysis, benchmarking, synthesis, and negotiation
• Ability to work with international, multicultural teams
