Role Overview:

As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you’ll be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, enforcing platform policies, and addressing user concerns. Your work will help maintain a safe and welcoming space by identifying and mitigating risks while staying up to date with emerging online trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate text, images, videos, and links to ensure compliance with community guidelines
  • Enforce platform policies consistently across all content types
  • Manage user appeals, providing clear and professional responses regarding moderation decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with regulations and industry best practices
  • Identify patterns and potential risks by analyzing user behavior, contributing to proactive moderation strategies
  • Suggest improvements to enhance moderation tools and processes for increased efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
