About this role

ID5 is seeking an experienced Market Intelligence Director to develop and execute our Go-To-Market strategy, conduct comprehensive market research, optimize internal processes, and support the development of initiatives, products, and solutions that align with market demand. You’ll collaborate closely with the executive team and cross-functionally to ensure the effective implementation of strategic plans and the delivery of offerings that resonate with ID5’s target audience. This role also includes project management responsibilities to ensure the GTM process runs smoothly and efficiently.

This newly established position is designed to enhance ID5’s strategic capabilities through data-driven insights and support high-impact initiatives that contribute to our growth and success.

Reporting Line

Reports to the VP, Marketing & Communications, with a dotted line to the VP, Product.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research
    Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in digital advertising.
  2. Analyze and consolidate customer feedback based on product team requirements to understand market demand.
  3. Competitive Analysis
    Monitor competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics.
  4. Share findings internally and recommend actions based on market conditions.
  5. Provide market insights to inform GTM strategies, aligning with market needs.
  6. Assist in defining target verticals, identifying market opportunities, and setting pricing strategies.
  7. Strategic Support
    Support senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with product marketing, commercial, and product management teams.
  9. Project Management & Process Optimization
    Oversee GTM projects, ensuring timely implementation.
  10. Refine GTM processes for optimal execution across initiatives.
  11. Reporting & Presentation
    Present regular reports on market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with GTM strategy development, including identifying market opportunities.
  • Expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing strategic support.
