As a client satisfaction and loyalty actor, you will be responsible for welcoming clients at various contact points within the store (Reception, checkout, loyalty card, returns, telephone reception). You should have excellent interpersonal skills and listening abilities, ensuring customer satisfaction during their shopping experience and relaying their feedback for continuous improvement. You will also inform customers about store services and suggest the most suitable options based on their needs and purchases at checkout. Additionally, you will handle item registration and final payment, managing your cash register responsibly and following all related procedures.
Qualifications include a strong sense of customer service, friendliness, and precision in your tasks. Experience in a similar role or a desire to provide excellent customer service is preferred.
