A leading company in sustainable packaging seeks a driven sales professional to expand its market presence in the cosmetics and beauty sector across Southern Europe. This role involves developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and executing strategic sales plans. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree, a strong track record in business development, and the ability to travel frequently.
Our client, the Hoffmann Neopac Group, is a global packaging specialist headquartered in Switzerland, known for developing and producing high-quality, sustainable tubes. With about 1,000 employees worldwide and more than 100 years of packaging expertise, Hoffmann Neopac is a trusted partner to global leaders such as LVMH, Beiersdorf, and Chanel. The company is renowned for its innovation and leadership in premium packaging for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and dental industries.
In this exciting role, you will take commercial responsibility for driving new business within the cosmetics and beauty sector in France, while also overseeing inquiries from Italy and managing the company’s sales agent for Spain and Portugal. Your natural hunter mentality, passion for prospecting, and ability to develop sales pipelines will be instrumental in successfully expanding Hoffmann Neopac’s market presence in Southern Europe. This high-visibility role reports directly to the Head of Cosmetics Packaging and provides the opportunity to work closely with global leadership and manufacturing teams.
