Job Objective:

You will apply the group's Supplier Quality processes and ensure control of supplier processes in accordance with ISO 19443 standards.

Your Missions:

ISO 19443 Activities

  • Apply the group's supplier qualification processes and ensure compliance with ISO 19443 requirements
  • Participate in supplier evaluation and selection
  • Define and lead supplier qualification processes
  • Validate supplier production systems by verifying qualification deliverables according to ISO 19443
  • Verify supplier control reports
  • Validate and trace each supplier qualification process with a PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

Purchased Products

  • Manage non-conformities of supplier components following current procedures
  • Lead corrective and preventive action plans (8D) related to factory and field non-conformities

Supplier Development

  • Monitor and communicate supplier quality performance indicators
  • Plan process and system improvements with suppliers, and facilitate quality improvement actions (V-Dive, audits, performance data monitoring, Kaizen sessions, etc.)

Respect Group Policies

  • Ensure actions align with department strategy and group values (ethics / HR)
  • Follow HSE guidelines, identify potential risks, and alert accordingly


Contribute to Continuous Improvement of your Service

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within your department or workgroups
  • Propose improvements to optimize performance and workflows

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent in English
