Au sein de la Direction des Achats du Groupe Renault, le service en charge des Moteurs Electriques (complets et sous-ensembles) est clef pour accompagner la transformation industrielle du monde automobile vers les véhicules électriques.

Dans cet environnement challengeant, Renault Group recherche un Acheteur expérimenté, doté d'une solide expérience dans le domaine des achats industriels, idéalement dans le secteur automobile. Le candidat idéal doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en négociation, une capacité à travailler en équipe et une forte orientation vers les résultats.

Le poste est localisé au Technocentre à Guyancourt (78) , en région parisienne en CDI. Vous bénéficierez de 2 jours de télétravail.

Vos missions :

1. Mettre en place des stratégies pour optimiser la chaîne d'approvisionnement en termes de coûts, de qualité et de délais.
2. Identifier des opportunités d'innovation avec les fournisseurs pour améliorer les performances des composants powertrain.
3. Analyser les risques fournisseurs et développer des plans d'action préventifs.
4. Renforcer les partenariats stratégiques pour assurer la compétitivité à long terme de l'entreprise sur le marché du powertrain.
5. Suivre les évolutions technologiques et tendances du secteur afin d'intégrer les meilleures pratiques dans les processus d'achats.

Compétences pour réussir au poste :

Formation

• Bac +5 minimum, de préférence école de commerce ou d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation en achats ou supply chain.

Expérience

• Minimum 6 ans d'expérience réussie dans les achats, idéalement dans le secteur automobile et/ou du powertrain.

Compétences clés

• Solides capacités en négociation et en gestion contractuelle.
• Maîtrise des outils et méthodologies d'achat (TCO, appels d’offres, etc.).
• Connaissance approfondie des composants powertrain et de leurs chaînes de production.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et travail en équipe multidisciplinaire.
• Anglais courant impératif, une autre langue est un atout.

Skills required:

Education

• Minimum Bac +5, preferably from a business or engineering school with a specialization in purchasing or supply chain.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of successful experience in purchasing, ideally in the automotive and/or powertrain sector.

Key Skills

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Mastery of purchasing tools and methodologies (TCO, tenders, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of powertrain components and their production chains.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent French is appreciated ; another language is an asset.
