Role Details:

This is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a minimum day rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our team manages client contracts and billing.
3. Act as a consultant for client projects.
4. Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
5. Create an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
7. Receive a share of daily billing, with a minimum of €355 per referral work.

Candidate Requirements:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional communication skills and telephone manner.
