Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate full-stack engineer who enjoys solving interesting problems and the craft of programming. We value specialists in backend or frontend who are flexible enough to work across the stack and reason about complete end-to-end architectures. We seek a well-rounded, T-shaped software engineer who doesn’t fit into a small, well-defined box.

Our team collaborates closely—expect pair programming and rich code reviews. We have a bias for action, moving quickly, adjusting, reflecting, and seeking daily improvements. Experience with Lean environments and a focus on delivering well-tested software using TDD and good testing practices are highly valued. As a senior engineer, you’ll mentor junior team members and grow your career with support from mentors and coaches.

Essential Experience:

• Experience in software engineering across various languages; adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies are key.
• Collaborate with product designers, managers, and engineers to deliver excellent user experiences.
• Knowledge of system design, architecture, design patterns, object-oriented programming, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong product-centric mindset.
• Experience with Lean/Agile processes, involved in all development phases, bringing unique talents to the team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
