Job Description: Social Media Content Writer (Freelance/Contract)

Pocket FM is a growing digital platform revolutionizing audio entertainment with immersive and captivating audio series. With hundreds of hours of content and millions of listeners, we are expanding our creative team to increase our social media presence and drive user acquisition through effective advertising content.

We are looking for creators or writers specialized in social media advertising—particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Your role will involve promoting Pocket FM's successful audio series through impactful social videos. You should be a digital storyteller or content creator with a talent for viral short-form videos, and a marketing-oriented copywriter with experience in performance marketing.

This role combines storytelling and strategy, ideal for creatives or digital strategists eager to shape the future of audio entertainment. If you love series, cinema, or captivating narratives, you'll enjoy this position.

1. Create engaging promotional scripts: Write captivating 1-2 minute advertising scripts to highlight our audio series and encourage app installs.
2. Design compelling social content: Transform exciting stories into native social videos optimized for engagement.
3. Optimize based on performance: Use data (CPI, CTR, retention, etc.) to refine content strategies.
4. Target specific audiences: Use insights about German or French audiences to tailor tone, language, and storytelling style.
5. Collaborate creatively: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to a narrative content guide.

Qualifications include proven ability to write high-conversion scripts for social ads, comfort with performance data, native knowledge of social trends in Germany or France, and passion for storytelling and digital content. This fully remote role offers flexible working conditions, competitive pay, and a 3-month renewable contract based on performance.
