Description du poste

Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will collaborate with internal teams to achieve this.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support to existing clients and enhance the value of our services, ensuring a lasting and optimized relationship.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to this resource if needed.
  • Managing ad hoc client requests, responding promptly and tailored to their needs.
  • Monitoring and overseeing client projects, to align with expectations.
  • Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients not recently in contact, to maintain close relationships.
  • Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailored to user needs.
  • Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role in service or tech sectors. Your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is key!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Slides)
  • Fluency in English and French mandatory

Location : Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract : Permanent
