Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

Job Description:

As a Site Security Specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, helping to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and more.

You will contribute to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Excellent project management and execution skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Comfortable engaging at all organizational levels, from site teams to senior leadership.

Contract Details:

Initially a 2-year contract, with the possibility to extend or transition to a permanent position.
