Role Details:

This is a self-employed, commission-only role with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our team manages client contracts and billing.
3. Act as a consultant on client projects.
4. Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing work.
5. Create an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
7. Earn a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral work.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience in consulting within one of the specified practice areas.
2. Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
5. Professional communication skills and telephone manner.
