Job Description:

hlpy, founded in 2020, is a tech-driven roadside assistance insurance start-up that aims to revolutionize the industry with innovative digital solutions. Our goal is to become the leading provider of modern roadside assistance services across Europe and beyond.

We operate on a B2B2C model, collaborating with automotive industry leaders such as insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Our digital platform allows their customers to request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside support.

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. The role involves overseeing the digital support process and intervening when necessary to ensure excellent service standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
• Good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus

Additional Information:

• Part-time position (30 hours per week)
• Shift-based role, including occasional night and weekend shifts
