Your role: Fullstack Tech Lead within a Squad.

Your mission:

• Mentor a team of developers and QA.
• Advance the team technically and interpersonally.

Expertise required:

• Design API enhancements as requested by the API team's Product Owners.
• Master the functional aspects of APIs and business rules.
• Ensure delivery of the roadmap.
• Monitor development progress and conduct code reviews.
• Adhere to quality standards and ensure compliance.
• Participate in technology evolution decisions.
• Conduct technological watch.
• Ensure application SLAs and provide technical support for production/testing.
• Participate in change management and deployment follow-up.

Facilitation:

• Facilitate communication between teams.

Qualifications:

Educational background: Engineering school or equivalent.

Hard skills:

• Proficiency in Cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Mastery of Java, HTML5, CSS, SASS, API Rest, CI/CD, Design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of test-driven development.
