We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe, supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  • Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  • Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  • Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours.
  • Attend daily check-ins with senior leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Analytical, quick learner, passionate about sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, responsible, and able to handle chaos effectively.
