Role: Driving Evidence-Based Decision-Making
In close collaboration with data scientists, biostatisticians, project managers, and biomedical consultants, your role will be to support evidence and data-driven insights generation for optimal decision making and maximal business, medical, or public health impact.
You will achieve this by applying your methodological skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience, in particular through:
- Collaborating with and providing statistical and methodological expertise to various stakeholders;
- Developing statistical analysis plans;
- Assisting in protocol statistical methodology section writing;
- Performing complex statistical analyses and quality checking analyses developed by others;
- Delivering reports of final analyses;
- Presenting results to clients and stakeholders, such as health authorities or academics;
- Ensuring compliance with statistical regulatory policies (e.g., FDA, EMA, AS);
- Keeping abreast of new statistical methods;
- Contributing to internal and external research dissemination.
In addition to your project team role, you will contribute to the evolution of skills and know-how within the company.

Your Profile
- PhD in statistics/economics or a Master’s degree with successful industry experience and/or public health research environment of at least 5 years;
- Proficient in biostatistics (including continuous, logistic, and survival regression) and health economics (such as cost-effectiveness analysis, decision-analytic models, and Markov models);
- Skilled at effectively communicating and simplifying complex methodological concepts for diverse audiences;
- Excellent working knowledge in statistical programming (Python and/or R);
- Commitment to delivery and scientific excellence;
- Organized, proactive, and committed to scientific quality;
- Fluent in English (French is a plus);
- Bonus: experience working with regulatory agencies.
