Description du poste

We’re seeking an accomplished Principal Back End Engineer to drive backend architecture, scalability, and performance while mentoring engineers and leading high-impact initiatives.

Following our acquisition by Crédit Agricole, we maintain our scale-up agility while benefiting from financial stability.

Team Composition

• 3 Frontend Engineers
• ~2 Mobile Engineers (1 Android, 1 iOS)

Technical Stack

• Microservices in Python (FastAPI), DDD-inspired architecture
• Frontend: Nuxt 3 (Vue.js) & React
• Data Stack: Segment, Airflow, Airbyte, DBT, PostgreSQL
• Data Warehouse

Responsibilities

1. Promote and implement software craftsmanship best practices, fostering continuous improvement.
2. Push automation & efficiency – refine CI / CD, testing strategy, and developer workflows for velocity and resilience.
3. Lead backend projects with extensive software engineering experience.
4. Apply strong Python skills, with a focus on best practices and performance optimization.
5. Communicate fluently in French and English.
