Job Description:

Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery

Location: France / Homebased

Type: Full-Time | Senior Level

We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of digital projects across key accounts. This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of project leadership, team development, and client success.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing ecommerce project health, driving value-led outcomes, and managing profitability. You’ll also coach and support a team of Project Managers—ensuring high standards, efficient delivery practices, and a strong team culture.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Leading delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements
2. Building strong client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
3. Managing project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecasting
4. Coaching and developing project managers across multiple accounts
5. Driving continuous improvement across delivery standards and practices

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability)
• Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams
