Une association dynamique recherche un(e) Chargé(e) d'insertion pour son service à Bayonne. Le candidat idéal accompagnera les jeunes dans leur parcours professionnel, animera des ateliers et collaborera avec divers partenaires. Ce poste à temps plein, en CDD, commence le 16 juin 2025 et nécessite un diplôme spécifique ainsi qu'une expérience dans le domaine.

Qualifications

• Diplôme requis: DEES ou CIP.
• Connaissance des mesures d'insertion et des systèmes de formation.
• Permis de conduire B requis.

• Accompagner les jeunes dans leurs projets professionnels.
• Animer des ateliers de groupe sur l'insertion professionnelle.
• Gérer des tâches administratives et rédiger des rapports.

Description

L'Association SEAPB recrute pour son Dispositif Orientation et Insertion de la Jeunesse, notamment pour le Service d'Hébergement Diversifié MNA à BAYONNE (64100). Le poste est en contrat à durée déterminée, à temps plein, à partir du 16 juin 2025 : UN(E) CHARGÉ(E) D'INSERTION.

Missions principales

1. Under the supervision of the Service Manager:
2. Assist young people in developing their professional projects (training/employment) and in implementing a realistic insertion pathway.
3. Ensure individual or collective professional follow-up of the target group.
4. Propose an individualized professional insertion approach, including training, guidance, and support actions.
5. Prevent potential difficulties for the target group during their professional activities.
6. Lead group workshops related to professional insertion and skills development.
7. Organize and coordinate information and awareness actions.
8. Identify and mobilize institutional and private actors in training and employment; participate in network activities and develop partnerships.
9. Build relationships with local partners (businesses, associations, CFA, AFPA, France Travail, Mission locale, DIRECCTE).
10. Handle administrative tasks and prepare professional reports related to their activities: data entry, requests for aid or training, reports.
11. Assist in finding internships or employers, and conduct support interviews.

• Required diploma: DEES or CIP

• Knowledge of MNA public

Remuneration

According to the base index of the CCN of 15/03/1966 and experience.
