Description du poste

This is a short seasonal role, requiring a candidate with expertise and experience within Wholesale and Wholesale Showrooms.

Looking for someone based in Paris, must be multi-lingual in both French and English.

Must be available between 27th June to the 2nd of July 2025.

Key Responsibilities of the role :

  • Attend seasonal product training and lead market appointments with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure all appointments are conducted within the allocated time while maximizing business opportunities.
  • Provide detailed feedback on product performance and customer response post-appointments.
  • Collaborate with the Wholesale team to prepare the showroom for appointments and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order entry, while meeting critical deadlines across the sales cycle.
  • Monitor and report on customer budgets, keeping the Wholesale Manager informed of spend progression.

Personal Profile :

  • Demonstrated experience in luxury fashion wholesale, particularly within a showroom environment.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with JOOR is a strong plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a professional and client-facing approach.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs and seasonal demands.
