Description du poste

Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based Electric Vehicles Division

As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for dealer service performance in the zone and will lead the implementation of various service processes. Your role includes providing guidance on business operations, identifying improvement areas, and supporting new project implementations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing EV service workshops in line with company standards, ensuring safety and operational compliance.
  2. Driving growth in After Sales Service to increase customer market share within the zone.
  3. Achieving workshop loading targets by increasing job orders and service volumes.
  4. Ensuring penetration of Extended Warranty, Roadside Assistance, and Maintenance Contracts in line with organizational targets.
  5. Supporting strategic planning for Spare Parts through market intelligence and dealer engagement.
  6. Resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  7. Promoting service engagement campaigns and participating in customer-centric events.
  8. Leading product quality reporting initiatives and collecting feedback for quality improvements.
  9. Designing service schemes to increase workshop footfall and service touchpoints.
  10. Communicating safety tips proactively and promoting peace-of-mind products.
  11. Understanding customer profiles to refine service offerings.
  12. Managing spare parts coordination with channel partners and factory teams.
  13. Ensuring new model service readiness, including training and equipment availability.
  14. Supporting onboarding of new dealers and ensuring timely project completion.
  15. Boosting dealer profitability and service absorption ratio.

Qualifications and experience required include extensive service marketing experience, knowledge of dealer operations, territory management, and dealer contact experience. Fluency or proficiency in English and French is essential, with additional languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish preferred.

The role is within the Electric Vehicles Division of Royal Enfield, focusing on innovative connected electric vehicles, with a team of over 200 engineers developing proprietary motor, battery, BMS, and software technologies.
