Job Responsibilities
  1. Direct and manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize revenue.
  2. Survey, review, and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs to drive business strategy.
  3. Provide leadership and develop, with business intelligence tools and metrics, the effectiveness of the sales programs and develop new strategies.
Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for an individual to lead the sales organization in our hotel.

  • Leadership / Management and Sales skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience.
  • High degree of professionalism with a strong understanding of global markets and business acumen.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
