About the Role
We’re looking for a technically-minded, strategic, and curious Manager, AI Growth to define and lead Wealthsimple’s adoption of AI-powered strategies that drive sales and revenue performance.
This is a net-new, high-impact role with visibility across the organization. You’ll shape how we leverage emerging technologies to enhance our marketing, sales, and revenue operations—while improving how we engage with clients.
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Growth, you’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Revenue, Engineering, and Data teams to design, pilot, and scale AI-driven initiatives from idea to execution.
The ideal candidate is one who has experience working with growth, marketing and/or sales teams on revenue-generating initiatives and has experience with and passion for new AI technologies, professionally or personally.
