TECHNICIEN METREUR (H/F), Eure-et-Loir (28)

Location: Eure-et-Loir (28), France

Company: Groupe LORILLARD, an industrial and service SME, a major French player in building envelope solutions, specializing in design, manufacturing, and installation of windows and curtain walls. With nearly €300 million in revenue, supported by 1,400 employees and 10 factories.

We are recruiting a Technician Estimator (H/F) for our building professionals division at our headquarters in Chartres:

1. Study and prepare price requests approved by the supervisor.
2. Participate in technical decisions.
3. Verify the alignment between client needs and the company's technical feasibility.
4. Estimate and optimize probable costs: raw materials, accessories, labor.
5. Participate in file archiving.
6. Conduct site measurements if necessary.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

1. Knowledge of building legislation and construction regulations.
2. Ability to translate data expressed in different formats (calculations, cost estimates, drawings, client requirements and constraints) into technical data.
3. Proficiency in carpentry.
4. Ability to communicate and synthesize information effectively.
5. Skill in freehand drawing.
6. Rigorous and precise work ethic.
7. Strong communication skills across different levels of interlocutors.
